I was greeted by Chandler. His customer service was great and his recommendations were honest and on par with what I expected. His only glitch was not knowing about the Castrol rebate/promotion. Alecia closed out my service appointment and was on top of everything. She had my vehicle history and records up to date. She enrolled me in the one to one program which was one less thing I had to do. We scheduled an appointment for belt replacement based on current and prior recommendations. I’m critical of service and so far Fife Nissan has always met or exceeded my expectations. Will continue to do business and refer people here. Thanks!

I really want to give kudos to the Fife, WA Nissan dealership. They are so professional and every time I am there for service, they clean and wash my car! What a service and all the staff there were so great. When I called earlier to schedule a time to get service, it was actually the last minute and the service rep was SO accommodating and got me in on the same day! I have told my friends about the wonderful service of the Fife WA dealership and told them to go there for great work and service! I have never had any bad experience with them. Their manager must be very good and professional.

I actually started at the Auburn Nissan Dealership but was so unhappy with the level of service I received that I almost didn’t even consider going back to any Nissan Dealership. Fortunately, Jerry contacted me and truly showed me what customer service is all about. I am a business owner who is very busy and always limited on time. I came down to show Jerry our trade in and within 15 minutes I was back on the road to my office. Shortly after I got to my office he called and already had the numbers put together which were almost exactly what I wanted. After explaining that I needed a little more for my trade in he spoke with his manager and promptly called back and was able to give me just what I needed. The very same day I drove away in my brand new Leaf!… Thank you very much Jerry and Nissan of Fife for an exceptional experience!

I just have to tell you about our pleasurable buying experience at your Nissan dealership in Fife recently. Your Nissan staff are a joy to work with. Of all the service shops I have ever been to, this one has it all. Clean, roomy lobby. Clean restrooms, child’s play area (a must), accompanied with great service techs, service managers, and receptionists. Larson Nissan provides great service. (Complimentary wash and vacuum also! I just wanted to say that Nissan of Fife is amazing. I bought my last car here several years ago, and I really thought that I just got lucky with the whole process. When I think about buying a car, I think about a pushy sales guy with an agenda and a car lot that just wants to send you out and never hear from you again once they’ve got your money. I visited another Nissan dealership and that’s kind of what I felt like. That is NOT that case at Nissan of Fife. These guys really took the time to explain everything, yet make the whole process painless and easy. Furthermore, they called to check in and see how everything was going. I ever got a second follow up call just to give me the number for the service department and give me a couple other bits of information. I’m actually looking forward to going back and having my car serviced, and I’ll pay more for it because I trust them. Overall, I can’t really say enough about this car dealership. They will have mine and my families business for a very long time. Also, our consultant was great, but I wanted to also say that our initial consultant, Charles, was also wonderful. The manager of the location (name slips me but he had red hair?) was also a pleasure. These guys know what they’re doing.

I purchased my 2008 Altima Coupe there (not Larson at the time). Love the car!!! Everyone there has been great. Wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Even during your construction everyone and everything was super. Don’t change anything. Just keep doing what you’re doing and you have me as a customer for life! Not ready to get rid of my present “ride” but if I do it will be another Nissan at Larson!

Aaron Smith is an outstanding service adviser. He understands cars and can conduct a car-related conversation on a more professional level (than most service advisers). Aaron can answer most questions that most advisers would need a second opinion on. What’s even better is that he is honest and is not trying to attract business with a low-ball figure. Understanding sometimes “Car dealerships” get the same rating as politicians! And that’s not good! I purchased my 2008 Altima Coup from Larson (before it was Larson and have bought before at Larsen in Puallup) and have only used Larsen for maintaining my coup…which I absolutely love!! Everyone there…all the people… are the very best. Are always up front, honest and not pushy and pricing is fair. Have never had any conmplaint…ever!! Actually look forward to going; getting a cup of coffee and walk around looking at the new models. Don’t change a thing! Ever! Will be looking forward to seeing the 2013 Altima Coup when it comes out…think in June? might, might think about trading in the 2008. Maybe not, but be assured I would not consider going anywhere else! That’s the truth!!! Thank you for all your good policies and treating customers with a smile!!
